Keep getting "Could not download files from the Rockstar Games Service required to play GTA Online" message when I try to connect. HELP. This has been going on for the past 5 hours every time I try to play online. I'm on PS4. Yeah, they could easily make this shit a 20 dollar DLC and make buku bucks, but they don't, but fuck you rockstar for not being able to let me sit down, beat off, and play your game for 7 hours straight, you're worse than ISIS. never heard back from r*, but i believe the issue is fixed and was due to my PS3's clock somehow being set to the year 2019. the day/time was correct, just the year was off. i set the year to 2014 and blammo, online in no time. i made sure to retry my previous steps this morning when i was unable to connect, with no luck. double checking all of This was a huge issue last week because many were trying to do the sp to mp/buy everything free glitch. Maybe you tried to do it, maybe you did not however the fix for this is to hold L1 + R1 at startup UNTIL you get the re-calibration screen, the one that asks you to change brightness before proceeding in-game.
